- Play a game of TopPutt at the TopGolf Centre in Watford between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday to Friday between 2nd July and 31st August 2007, and you could win the following prizes: 150 points (plus the Prize Hole with your 10th ball) - win £5, 250 points (plus the Prize Hole with your 10th ball) - win £25, 450 points (plus the Prize Hole with your 10th ball) - win £100, 650 points (plus the Prize Hole with your 10th ball) - win £1,000.
- The cost to play a game of TopPutt is £2.00 or £4.00 for 3 games.
- All winning games must be verified by the attendant who will record your details and arrange payment of your prize within 7 days.
- Balls must be struck from behind the barrier using a golf putter; anybody crossing the barrier and entering the putting area will be disqualified.
- The competition is operated by World Golf Systems Limited (“World Golf”), Axis 4 Rhodes Way, Watford, Herts WD24 4YW.
- World Golf reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms and Conditions and/or the rules under which the TopPutt game is to be played at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted at the TopGolf Centre in Watford. A copy of these Terms and Conditions and the TopPutt game rules may also be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: TopPutt Competition Rules, World Golf Systems Limited, Axis 4 Rhodes Way, Watford, Herts WD24 4YW.
- In the event of any dispute regarding winning scores, these Terms and Conditions, the TopPutt game rules, conduct, or all other matters relating to this competition, the decision of World Golf shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. World Golf reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these Terms and Conditions or the TopPutt game rules.
- For entrants under 16 years of age, parental consent is required for the entrant to be eligible to win a prize.
- Employees of World Golf Systems Limited, and TopGolf Group Limited, their families and anyone else professionally connected with this competition are not permitted to enter.
- Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent.
- The competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law.

World Golf Systems (WGS) will only use personal information for the specific purpose it was submitted.
